Production & Global Layout

As a leading fleece fabric supplier, we operate with a strategic dual-factory layout. Our headquarters and core R&D manufacturing base are located in Changzhou, China (Changzhou Kingcason Printing and Dyeing Co., Ltd.). Additionally, we have established a large-scale manufacturing facility in Ismailia, Egypt. This global footprint ensures a stable supply chain for our worldwide clients and effectively mitigates international trade and tariff risks.

Our Egypt facility serves as a crucial hub for the European, American, and African markets. Shipping from Egypt offers buyers significantly shorter transit times and the opportunity to leverage free trade agreements (potentially reducing tariffs for US and EU imports), ultimately lowering your overall procurement costs.

Leveraging the combined power of our dual-factory system, we boast a robust daily production capacity of 80 to 100 tons. We own a complete, vertically integrated production line—from knitting and dyeing to finishing—allowing us to effortlessly handle high-volume container orders for major brands without compromising on quality.

We specialize in the R&D and manufacturing of premium plush materials. Our core products include:

  • Flannel Fleece: Exceptionally fine texture with an ultra-soft touch.

  • Coral Fleece: Excellent heat retention with vibrant color options.

  • Sherpa Fleece: A faux-wool effect, perfect for winter warmth.

  • Minky Dot: Features a 3D textured surface, making it the top choice for baby products and toys.

  • Faux Rabbit Fur: A high-end luxurious feel with great cost-effectiveness.

Our materials regularly pass OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification, ensuring they are free from harmful substances and are highly skin-friendly. Furthermore, we can provide GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certified fabrics upon request to meet your sustainable sourcing goals.

Our versatile fabrics serve three main sectors: Home Textiles (blankets, pajamas), Toy Manufacturing (high-GSM, shed-resistant fabrics), and Apparel & Linings (thermal linings for outdoor brands).

Woven fabric is made by interlacing yarns at right angles, while knitted fabric like fleece is made by looping yarns together. This gives knitted fabrics more stretch and flexibility, making fleece more comfortable for apparel applications.

As a fabric manufacturer, we can accommodate any customization requests as long as the MOQ is met. (Typically, the MOQ for a new design is 3tons/color.) When ordering fleece fabrics, we offer customization options for weight (GSM), color, texture, finishing treatments (anti-pilling, water-repellent), and printing.

Sourcing & Cooperation

We prioritize efficiency in our supply chain. Once we receive your deposit, our standard production cycle takes only 7 to 20 days. Following production, freight transit times typically range from 5 to 15 days, depending on the destination port and whether your order ships from our China or Egypt facility.

We gladly provide free samples (such as A4 color cards or quality swatches) from our current inventory to help you verify our quality. Buyers are only required to cover the shipping freight. If you prefer to feel our fabric quality in person, we warmly welcome you to visit our booth (Hall 16.4 | Booth C25) at the upcoming Canton Fair from May 1 to May 5, 2026.

We utilize a standardized digital dyeing control system. Before bulk production, every batch goes through Lab Dip approval. Throughout the manufacturing process, we monitor multiple stages using professional color-matching light boxes to ensure dye lot variations are kept strictly within industry-leading standards.

The MOQ for our fleece fabric is 2Tons per color, 3Tons per design. However, we are flexible and willing to negotiate based on your needs.

Other Questions You Might Concern

A reliable fleece fabric supplier should have proven manufacturing experience, stable quality control systems, transparent communication, and relevant certifications. Evaluating sample quality and production capability is essential before placing bulk orders.

Common payment methods include wire transfer (T/T) and letters of credit (L/C), but we only accept sight L/C. The standard payment arrangement is a 30% deposit, with the remaining 70% paid in full prior to shipment.

Our pricing for fleece fabric is based on the quantity, type, and quality of the fabric you order. We offer competitive pricing and are willing to negotiate based on your specific needs. Our goal is to provide you with high-quality fleece fabric at a reasonable price that meets your budget requirements.

Fabric prices are influenced by raw material costs, weight per square meter, finishing processes, order volume, and logistics costs. Generally, the higher the level of customization and the lower the minimum order quantity, the higher the unit price. Occasionally, major international news events can also affect product price trends.

GSM stands for grams per square meter, which is a standard measurement used to indicate the weight and density of fabric. In fleece fabric, GSM typically ranges from 150 to 400, where lower GSM fabrics are lighter and suitable for layering, while higher GSM fabrics provide better insulation and durability.

Polyester fleece is generally more durable, moisture-resistant, and cost-effective, while cotton fleece offers better breathability and natural feel. The choice depends on the intended use and target market.

How to Avoid Common Procurement Mistakes in the Textile Trade?

Common mistakes include ignoring minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirements, failing to verify a supplier’s capabilities, and skipping the sample verification process. It is recommended that you confirm samples with the fabric supplier before placing an order, including but not limited to the fabric’s width, weight, color, pattern, and packaging method, as well as standardized measurement criteria. Establishing a standardized procurement process can significantly reduce risks.

The best fleece fabric for hoodies is typically 250–300 GSM polyester fleece, as it provides a balance between warmth, durability, and comfort. This range is widely used in commercial apparel production.
